Labor Pro was introduced into Wegmans operations in 2010. Since then we have learned to use the service to its fullest potential. So overall, this product/Service is definitely a huge help to the Company. It helps us create a schedule by using previous data and current information based on holidays, timing, day of the weeks, and more. It also has its downsides and the service definitely has room for improvement as we stated before.
